Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or signs of use are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective product, Medishine Health Care will bear the return shipping cost.

• For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
